Ranthambore Hospitality is an independent booking desk. We help you compare hotels and resorts, share the information and prices they give us, and coordinate your enquiry or reservation. We do not own or run any property shown on this website.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp that names the property, dates, room type and rate. Every booking depends on availability.
Our written quote states the total, taxes, any service charge of Ranthambore Hospitality, the advance and the date the balance is due. Pay only to the account or link named in our written payment request. We never ask for your OTP, PIN or card password, and we never ask you to pay into a personal account.
Each property or operator sets its own cancellation and refund terms, and we share them in writing before you pay. Please read our Cancellation & Refunds page.
This website does not display fixed prices. Rates change with season and availability and are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Please give accurate travel details, carry a valid government photo ID, and follow the rules of the property. For safaris, carry the original ID used for the permit and follow Forest Department rules inside the park.
We are not responsible for services provided by a property or operator, or for events outside our control such as natural disasters, road closures or government orders. Nothing here limits any right you have under law. See also our Disclaimer.
We may change these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Rajasthan.
